ALTITUDE RESET

Altitude Reset is a guided, one-on-one flight path rooted in Scripture as its true north. Each module is anchored in a biblical story that reflects the interior work taking place, offering you a living reference point for understanding yourself through the perspective of faith.

These stories are paired with the psychological research of Donald Winnicott, Gregory Bateson, Viktor Frankl, Erving Goffman, Ilya Prigogine, and James Hillman and are reinforced through aviation principles, creating a structured cockpit environment where you can examine how you actually move through airspace when pressure and expectation fall away.

Over 18 private sessions with a Wingman, you engage in deliberate reflection of your own thinking, allowing you to see with clarity what has been guiding your aircraft.

Most people continue forward with competence while quietly drifting from purpose. Autopilot begins to define the course of your life long after your original purpose has blurred. Without intervention, this drift becomes a permanent altitude. Altitude Reset exists to bring you back to the yoke, guided by Scripture, so that your life is no longer governed by reflex, but by truth. It invites you to confront what it costs to remain unchanged: the repetition of the same internal conflicts, the same exhaustion of holding yourself together, and the same distance between who God created you to be and who you've learned to present. This work does not impose answers. In the cockpit, what is real can emerge, so that your next steps are no longer reaction, but choice.

Flight Path

Each module follows the structure of real flight: beginning with preflight, where you identify where you’ve been operating on autopilot, and progressing through taxi, takeoff, climb, cruise, descent, approach, and landing. Along the way, you work with your Wingman to explore the hidden beliefs, emotional reflexes, and identity structures that have been guiding your decisions without your awareness. Each session includes reflection allowing you to hear your own thinking and recognize how your internal instruments operate under pressure, uncertainty, and stillness.

This flight path is anchored in Scripture, with each module aligned to a biblical story that serves as a spiritual and psychological reference point. These stories act as fixed coordinates, helping you orient yourself toward truth rather than expectation. Supported by Winnicott’s research on the true self, Frankl's question that life is asking you, Bateson's pattern that you're part of, Goffman's stage that you're on, Prigogine's order out of turbulence, and Hillman's calling over choosing, and reinforced through aviation principles, the curriculum creates a cockpit where you can safely confront the cost of adaptation, rediscover truth, and learn to remain grounded even when nothing is required of you.

By the time you reach landing, the goal is not to become someone new, but to recognize and trust the version of yourself that has been present all along, that God designed long before you knew. No longer governed by autopilot, but capable of flight aligned with purpose.
